Competition Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition. 2. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of CoolStays, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 3. This competition will commence at 12:00 UK time on 26th Feb 2021 and all entries must be received by 18:00 UK time on 31st Mar 2021. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. 4. The Prize – 1 x winner will win:
  • 2 nights in a Potting Shed Suite at The Eastbury
  • 2 nights in the Beach Huts at Cary Arms
  • 2 nights in a Shepherds Hut at The Merry Harriers
  • 2 nights in the Beachcroft Beach Huts.
  • Dinner, bed and breakfast for two people is included.
5. The prize is to be taken on dates agreed with de Savary Hotels, subject to availability and black-out dates will apply. 6. Travel to each location is not included. 7. The prize must be taken by 31st December 2022. 8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative. 9. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but no entrant may win more than one prize. 10. To enter, entrants must complete the entry form at: https://woobox.com/ut2apk 11. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by CoolStays, from all valid entries received by the closing date. 12. The winner will be contacted by email, within one week of the draw. In the event that the winner has not responded within 7 days then the promoter will reallocate the prize to a reserve winner. 13. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. 14. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize. 15.
