Enter now for a chance to win a two night stay at the Den, a luxury treehouse in North Devon.

The Den is part of the beautiful Pickwell Manor estate, perfectly placed on the North Devon coast. 

Pickwell Manor is offering a free, two night stay for up to four guests at the Den. Also included in the prize are four Dryrobes, plus a family adventure session kayaking, paddleboarding or coasteering around the stunning beaches of Ilfracombe and Lee Bay, with watersports company Active Escape. 

The competition closes at 11.59pm on Thursday 2nd July 2026.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
  2. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of Coolstays, Pickwell Manor, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
  4. The prize: 2-night treehouse stay at the Den treehouse, at Pickwell Manor, plus four Dryrobes and a family adventure session kayaking, paddleboarding or coasteering with Active Escape.
  5. The prize is subject to availability
  6. Travel costs are not included.
  7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative.
  8. The treehouse stay is valid from 4th September 2026 - 20th December 2027 (excluding school summer holidays and bank holiday weekends). 
  9. Booking must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  10. To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form.
  11. The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Coolstays, from all valid entries received by the closing date of 11.59pm 2nd July 2026
  12. The winner will be contacted by Coolstays within one week of the draw. In the event that the winner has not responded within 7 days then the promoter will reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
  13. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
  14. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming or partaking of the prize.
  15. By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
  16. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
  17. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
  18. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from acceptance of the prize or participating in this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
