A stay at Villa CP gives you the very best of the Costa Brava, as you will see when you arrive at this exquisite Catalan farmhouse. An eco-villa completely rebuilt by a Barcelona architect, this hilltop property offers breathtaking mountain views and can accommodate up to 10 lucky guests.

Set in its own Mediterranean gardens, Villa CP combines modern interiors and exquisite outdoor space. An infinity pool, free from salt or chlorine, is one of its highlights. There is also a barbecue on the outdoor dining terrace, table football and ping pong, and lots of outdoor seating and hammocks – the views will not disappoint you.

The main house sleeps eight guests in four double bedrooms. The air-conditioned house has three glorious bathrooms with exquisite Bisazza tiling, in-keeping with the inspiring style of the rest of the property. In the master suite, you will find a Coco-Mat Emperor bed, some 2m wide. A separate annexe overlooking the forest sleeps a further two guests, with a Japanese futon mattress and beech frame. This annexe also includes its own kitchen and private bathroom.

Every detail has been considered when designing the house, from the natural clay-covered walls (better than plaster for those with dust allergies) to features focused on sustainability. An intelligent geothermal system cools the floors in the summer and heats them in the winter, for example, while natural cork insulation reduces the need for artificial cooling.

An incredible house in an incredible setting, Villa CP has 60 acres of private forest to explore and, beyond this, the Gavarres Natural Park is an extensive area you can roam for hours – verdant, peaceful and beautifully scented. You may find your stresses magically disappear as you immerse yourself in its natural wonders.

The villa’s location puts everything you could want or need within reach. Just 10 minutes’ drive from the nearest amenities, including a farmers’ market, it has the stunning medieval city of Girona 20 minutes away, with beaches including Tamariu and Llafranc just a little further.

Longer drives down or up the coast take you in the direction of Barcelona, or over the French border to Perpignan, with more gorgeous scenery to admire en route. Head inland and you will soon be in the Pyrenees, but you won’t need to go that far for some wonderful walking and hiking routes – at Villa CP, they’re right on your doorstep.
