You should know

• If you need some extra room there is another luxury villa on-site. While they each offer exquisite privacy they do share tennis courts and have a small connecting pathway.
• While you may be able to spot distant seascapes, the nearest beach is around 30 minutes away.
• All five bedrooms are set up with twin beds. Three of the five rooms can be set up as doubles on request.

The Moscari II villa is set within its own 20 hectare private gardens and has magnificent views over land, sea and mountains. Built from local stone and with traditional Mallorcan architecture, it is an exquisite building that is brimming with character. The large gardens make the most of its peaceful location and include intimate chill-out areas and an uber-chic pool terrace complete with a heated swimming pool. A pretty covered veranda is also on hand for al fresco meals and has an impressive dining table with serene, country vistas.

Beyond the spacious terraces and flourishing gardens, the villa also has seriously stylish interiors. Furnished with modern artwork and classic antiques, it has a contemporary finish with traditional features. Sleek whitewashed walls create a minimalist-feel and are joined by rustic natural materials and sumptuous furniture.

The main living accommodation is found on the ground floor and consists of a large lounge area with doors out onto the terrace. Furnished with comfortable sofas and abstract sculptures, it is a relaxing room with an exquisite attention to detail. The designer Bulthaup kitchen can be found just across the hallway and has state of the art mod-cons and a bespoke dining table.

The five double/twin bedrooms are spread out across two floors and are all en suite. Each of the bedrooms has a sophisticated design, with a mix of detailed ceramics, gorgeous views and deluxe bedding. The downstairs master suite also has been newly renovated and has large walk in wardrobes and en-suite shower room with rainfall shower. Each bedroom can either be set up as a double or twin to accommodate different variations of groups.

The sun-drenched island of Mallorca has plenty to offer, including dramatic scenery, endless beaches and lively towns and cities. The Alcudia coast is just 30 minutes away as are the bright lights of Palma and the striking Tramuntana Mountains. Closer to the villa there are plenty of characterful towns and villages, including Selva, Campanet and the picturesque village of Moscari. Wonderfully untouched and with a laidback atmosphere, they each offer a unique glimpse of authentic island living. If you don’t want to venture out then you can always chill-out in the villa; with its own tennis court and pool table it has plenty to offer.
