The Cottage in Salcombe is like stepping into a luxury oasis of calm, away from the stresses and strains of the modern world. Recently renovated to the highest standard and with space for up to six guests, it’s your perfect base to explore the South Devon AONB, Dartmoor National Park and the beautiful beaches, cliffs and coves of the South Devon Coast. After a long day, unwind on your large, luxury terrace that boasts glorious views of the Kingsbridge Estuary and rolling countryside.
The light, airy and open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is truly the heart of the home. White walls, neutral decor and natural wood finishes bring the outdoors in and encourage you to slow down. Fully equipped with crockery, cookware and small appliances, including a coffee machine, the kitchen is the perfect place to entertain and feed the family. The central breakfast counter ensures you’re never missing a thing as the other guests relax and unwind in the cosy living area or sit around the large dining table. The comfy living area features thick, plush sofas with windows that look out over the rolling Devonshire countryside. In the colder months, light the log burner and snuggle up under a blanket with a good book or a movie on the large smart TV.
In the summertime, spend your downtime on the large terrace that features space for the whole family to dine alfresco, unwind and catch some rays on the outdoor sofas or fire up the BBQ and grill up a feast. With panoramic views, it’s the perfect place to watch the sun go down with a glass of something cold, play a game or simply reconnect with the ones you love.

The busy harbour and town centre are just minutes away, boasting quiet streets lined with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Further afield the cities of Plymouth and Exeter offer everything you could need, and the towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham are perfect for the whole family. Those who love the outdoors will find plenty of walking, biking and riding trails throughout the South Devon AONB, Tamar Valley AONB and Dartmoor National Park.
