Enjoy a luxurious stay by the sea near St Ives in this beautiful, beachside apartment that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. This charming three bedroom, penthouse apartment overlooks Carbis Bay meaning you can enjoy your morning coffee in style as you gaze out over the water from the comfort of the lounge or your private balcony. Located, as it is, near St Ives, Serena also offers a fantastic base from which to explore the town and the wider area.
Serena is located within a unique gated development that contains 27 apartments and two houses. Serena is arguably one of the most luxurious and well-equipped of the apartments, thanks to its penthouse suite and spectacular views.
Inside, the colours are muted and minimalist, providing you with calming whitewashed walls and pretty wooden floors. The spaces throughout are also flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows that also provide those all-important sea views.
Guests can unwind in the lounge which has a large TV and a big comfy sofa for movie nights. The space also has large windows that open up to the sea below and a nice dining table with space for six. The modern kitchen is nicely equipped and looks out over the living room, meaning you can still socialise with your loved ones whilst preparing meals. It is nicely kitted out with modern amenities including a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and even a dishwasher so no one gets lumbered with the washing up. There's also a coffee machine so you can enjoy delicious coffees in the morning as you open up the windows and breathe in that fresh sea air. There's a washing machine and tumble drier too for added convenience.
When it comes to bed time there are three wonderful bedrooms on offer. The master suite is absolutely superb. It's 34 feet long and has its own living area, complete with a sofa and a TV, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge, sink and tea making facilities. The master suite also has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy as well as three huge Velux windows that offer yet more expansive views across the bay.
The second bedroom features two luxurious single beds as well as a door that opens up onto the balcony. Finally, the third bedroom features a luxurious king size bed that guarantees a great night's sleep. As well as the master suite's ensuite, the property also has two further modern bathrooms, one of which features a beautiful, large bath tub sitting beneath a Velux window, the perfect spot for a relaxing soak.
The luxury is completed by your own in-house sauna. Located within one of the bathrooms, the pine-clad sauna is just what you need to rest and relax tired muscles after a day of surfing, sea swimming, hiking, or even some serious shopping.
This marvellous apartment is in a great location overlooking Carbis Bay. This means you're only a short walk to the golden sand and turquoise sea that is laid out below. Carbis Bay, and the surrounding area, offers up a whole host of amazing sights including beautiful beaches, sub-tropical flowers, unusual bird-life and some stunning coastal walks. You're also a quick hop on a train (just five minutes), or a nice scenic walk, to the bustling, picturesque harbour and town of St Ives. This is a fabulous spot with some amazing art galleries, delightful pubs and some lovely eateries for you to sample.
