Ibiza Style Barcelona is a 1,000 m2 villa that sleeps 12. With five spacious floors, the property boasts an incredible array of luxury amenities to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Set in the lush surrounds of the Parc de la Serralada de Marina, the villa’s backdrop of 2,500 m2 private gardens makes for an atmosphere of total luxury. Take in the waterfall, river, patio and landscaping and enjoy the panoramic sea view all without leaving the property.
The villa is home to an extensive range of state-of-the-art amenities for you to enjoy at your leisure. With an onsite gym, office, arcade room, swimming pool, patio, sauna and TV room, you’ll seriously struggle to run out of things to do during your stay. The local beach is just five minutes from the property, and the Spanish capital of Barcelona is just a short drive or bus ride away.
Ibiza Style Barcelona sleeps 12, boasting six bedrooms (four suites and two others that share a bathroom). It also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and an outdoor cooking space, giving you ample flexibility for self-catering. There are a number of bathrooms across the villa’s five floors with both bath and shower facilities available to keep your entire party comfortable throughout your stay.
If you can to bring yourself to leave the property at all, Ibiza Style is an ideal hub for nature lovers and culture buffs. Surrounded by the rugged mountain and forest scapes of the Parc de la Serralada de Marina, this is a fantastic location for hiking and cycling. The villa is also located five minutes from the local beach, making days spent beside the sea effortless.
Just a 15-minute drive from the property is Barcelona, Spain’s capital city. Home to some of the country’s finest architectural landmarks and cultural institutions, Barcelona is a must-visit for enthusiasts of history and art in particular. Decorated with fantastical Gaudí-designed structures, like Park Güell, La Sagrada Família and Casa Batlío, guests can take in some of the 20th century’s boldest and most daring public structures and spaces.
With roots stretching back to the Roman Empire, Barcelona has grown to become one of Europe’s most important cities. Take in the narrow alleyways and spires of the city’s famed Gothic Quarter, pay a visit to the Picasso Museum before washing it all down in the evening with some tapas and a glass of sangria.

This fee includes:
• Reasonable expenses (consumption of water & electricity)
• General Houskeeping 5-6 days a week in the morning
• A set of bedding set and towels per week (extra changes will have extra cost)
• Outdoors maintenance on Monday: Cleaning furniture, Pond filtration (twice a week in summer and weekly in winter)
• Weekly pool maintenance in summer and every two weeks in winter
• The garden maintenance on Monday
• May and September can have heated swimming pool with an extra cost of 1.000€/week
