This impressive property was built in 2012, boasting a slick design - both inside and out - and a gorgeous location in the village of Hamble-le-Rice. The amenities are second to none and include a well-equipped gym, a bubbling hot tub, a BBQ, and a rooftop terrace. Sleeping up to 15, this is the perfect spot for family gatherings, celebrations, birthdays, and company retreats.
Yacht View Villa offers an arresting contemporary exterior which is sure to wow immediately. The interior is beautifully considered with a light and spacious air, including all mod-cons, and coastal artwork. The large and rounded lounge contains a huge, curved sofa, stylish décor, and floor to ceiling windows with marine views. The kitchen and bar area is again curved, and has ample seating, making it the perfect space for hosting. The kitchen itself is ultra-modern and wonderfully equipped - with three ovens!
In total there are six bedrooms: two doubles, one double and single, two twins, and one with two bunks and two singles. There are seven bathrooms: one bath, one WC, two walk-in showers, and three shower baths. Outside there is a big decking area with its own BBQ. There is also a large rooftop terrace, complete with ample outdoor seating and fabulous views over the marina. There is also an enclosed garden on the ground floor. Oh, and don't forget the private gym and hot tub!
The village of Hamble-le-Rice is known for both its maritime and aeronautical history. The village centre is of a traditional and quaint design, with a few pubs and eateries. Just a 20-minute drive away is the university city of Southampton. As a major port, it is a vibrant city with numerous spots for shopping, eating out, sight-seeing, and nightlife. A short drive east will take you to Portsmouth. Another vibrant port city - and the UK's only island city - it is known specifically for its naval significance and shopping. A short journey west will take you to the New Forest National Park. Proclaimed a Royal Forest by William the Conqueror, it houses several rare flora and fauna, along with numerous picturesque walking and cycling trails.
