The detail

Enjoy your own private getaway in one of Cyprus' most popular holiday destinations - Paphos. Located on the outskirts of Peyia village near Coral Bay, the villa is part of a small development of 11 properties called Lithos Village.

Guests enter the holiday home via a small hallway with a cloak room before heading into the open plan lounge and kitchen area. The sitting room has been newly renovated with large comfy sofas, a large wall-mounted satellite television, and fireplace. The rustic exposed walls and accompanying polished floors lead to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a breakfast bar and light flooding into the room from no fewer than three sets of sliding glass doors.

Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom suite. This has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and then the ultimate luxury to make the stay that extra bit more special - a two person hot tub and a sauna. The room also has direct access to the pool area. Upstairs on the next level are two further bedrooms, which both have their own private balconies offering stunning views. The first is a twin room and the second is a double, with both having en-suite bathrooms with standalone showers.

Of course being in the Mediterranean the exterior needs to be utilised to its full potential and Villa Palati does not disappoint. Spacious terraces with sun loungers and sofas for relaxing in surround the infinity pool looking out over the amazing countryside. In the pool is also a built in bar and stone surrounded hot tub. As well as that there is another separate hot tub, barbecue, and clay pizza oven - along with a dining table for six people.

The white sands, rocky headlands, and sea caves of Coral Bay is less than 2km away. For the thrill seekers there are plenty of water sports available, or alternatively explore accompanying Peyia town and all its history, get out and about in the countryside, or visit nearby Pafos Zoo.
