Enjoy using the stylish accessories, hand-selected from their latest range of colourful homewares dotted throughout this beautiful seaside retreat.
This beachfront property is situated right on the beach at Pevensey Bay and with its quiet, shingle beach, it is ideal for swimming, sailing or a spot of fishing. Just a short drive from the property, or within walking distance, is the village of Pevensey with its striking castle, now an English Heritage site. Further along the coast are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea. The De La Warr Pavilion at Bexhill is now a stylish contemporary art gallery and is not to be missed. For animal lovers, Drusilla’s Park at Alfriston offers a great family day out with lemurs, penguins and a family splash park.
A number of steps lead you to the property where you enter a small hallway with space for dropping off sandy shoes and hanging coats. To the left of the hall is a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with fantastic panoramic sea views. The kitchen area is well equipped for family entertaining with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, coffee machine, dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a breakfast bar with stools. The cosy lounge area with a wood burner offers two comfy sofas, chairs and beanbags. The dining table with seating for eight overlooks the rear beach garden and the wonderful views beyond. There are three bedrooms, a king-size, a double and a bunk bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and WC; there is also a further separate WC.
Bifold doors open from the lounge out to a decked area and beach garden with table, chairs, and a BBQ. A garden gate at the end of the garden gives direct access to the beach. At the front of the property is a driveway with parking for three cars and ample roadside parking for any additional cars.
