Walking into the large four-storey property, you’ll discover a wonderfully light and airy space, tastefully decorated to the highest of standards. With modern features and welcoming touches, The Sea Nest offers the perfect home from home.
From the practical ground floor, which has a WC, utility room and access to a private double garage, the stairs lead you up to the high-spec kitchen on the first floor. Fully equipped with all the mod cons, including an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, this sociable space has everything you need to conjure up a tasty feast. The long dining table seats six and there’s also a breakfast bar with barstools and a comfy leather sofa to lounge on. Bi-fold doors open out onto a secluded terrace where you’ll find a table and chairs for alfresco dining and loungers for relaxing with a good book. The first floor is also home to a luxurious family bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
On the second floor you’ll find the two double bedrooms, both the comfortable king sized beds. The master bedroom also boasts an ensuite with walk-in shower and a glass-fronted balcony with stunning sea views – the perfect spot to people watch as you sip your morning coffee.
The spacious lounge on the third floor has magnificent views of the beach and the sea beyond. This peaceful room with its big, soft sofa, opens out onto a second balcony with a bistro table and chairs – ideal for a sundowner at the end of a fun-filled day.
The Sea Nest is located at the heart of pretty Whitstable, famous for its beautiful beach, charming old town and freshly-caught seafood. You’ll also find a plethora of eateries and independent shops within walking distance. And if you fancy a bit of historic culture, head inland to the cathedral city of Canterbury, which is less than half an hour’s drive away.
