You’ll find The Courtyard tucked away in a quiet side street of the city of Chichester, peacefully private yet convenient for all this bustling location has to offer. Sleeping up to four guests in two double bedrooms, you will be delighted by the quality of the furnishings and décor in this luxurious home from home which also features its own private courtyard garden.
The lounge is a welcoming space featuring comfortable sofas and decorated in rich fabrics and colours. Where better to enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove than cosily curled up on a vibrant velvet sofa festooned with tempting cushions? The 58-inch TV is also on hand if you would rather lose yourself in a box set than the fire.
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully fitted with all the essentials you will need including a Nespresso machine, microwave and dining area. Then again, why cook when there are so many dining choices on the doorstep! You will also find a convenient WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs you’ll find a romantic and richly decorated bedroom which has a king size velvet bed featuring crisp white bedding and sumptuous cushions. There is another TV here and a stunning ensuite with a copper bathtub and separate shower. The fluffy white towels and robes add another layer of luxury to what is sure to be a unique bathing experience. There is also a light and airy second bedroom with a super-king size bed that has the option to separate into twin beds. This also has its own modern ensuite with a shower and as with the master bathroom, features Molton Brown toiletries to give you that spa feeling.
Opposite the house, across the shared pathway, is a private courtyard garden for you to enjoy. This prettily landscaped space features a colourful selection of potted plants and areas to eat and relax on comfortably cushioned garden furniture. This is the perfect spot to unwind on a warm evening with a chilled glass of wine and once the sun sets and the lights come on, you’ll feel like you’re in your own private fairyland.
The location of The Courtyard is ideal for exploring the city of Chichester which is brimming with independent and high street shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. For fans of high-octane action, nearby Goodwood offers horse racing, golf and plenty of motor and aviation experiences, but if you fancy a lazier day, the stunning sandy beaches lining the coast at West Wittering are only a short trip away.
