Boasting stunning views across the golden North Norfolk coastline, with its abundance of nature and breathtaking sunsets, The Breakers is perfectly located for groups of family and friends excited to enjoy quality time in comfort while exploring this fascinating corner of the British Isles.
This stunning house is a beautiful mix of modern and traditional and its exposed cobble bricks frame floor-to-roof windows and glass-fronted balconies. The interior is no less impressive. More exposed walls create character while the furnishings and fittings are well and truly 21st century.
The kitchen is bright and modern with natural light pouring in through patio doors. A large island offers plenty of workspace for everyone to get stuck in when it comes to preparing meals, or alternatively, it acts as a resting post for guests catching up on news over a glass or two of wine. There is a large kitchen dining table perfect for enjoying leisurely breakfasts, making plans and enjoying company.
Or perhaps head outside and enjoy mealtimes al fresco. The property has a large patio area with outdoor dining furniture where guests can grill on the gas barbecue and spend sunny afternoons laughing, eating and drinking into the evening. There is also outdoor lighting which creates a lovely ambience after sundown.
And for evenings when guests just want to chill, they will find the large living room which is positioned on the first floor - for the best views. There is a wealth of cosy sofas and armchairs which invite visitors to relax while watching movies on the large flat screen television and warming toes by the flickering flames of the wood burning fire.
At bedtime there are many options, all equally stylish with luxurious White Company bed linen, hypo-allergenic pillows and snuggly duvets. There are two en suite bathrooms and a family bathroom which is shared by the two bedrooms at the top of the house. A toilet/cloakroom can be found on the ground floor.
There is plenty to do in the immediate area without ever needing the car. Guests can nature-watch in the marshes and dunes as they explore the coastal path, or hire kayaks, sups and boats from the harbour and get out on the water.
When stomachs start to rumble, there are many lovely places to enjoy local seafood including the nearby The White Horse and The Jolly Sailors, while Orange Tree and The Ship are just round the coast in neighbouring villages.
