Constructed by a local boat builder, The Boathouse offers guests a unique place to stay thanks to its nautical features. With one double bedroom, tastefully decorated, as well as a second bedroom with bunk beds, The Boathouse is great fun for children. The bathroom is modern and luxurious, The open plan living space is home to plenty of comfy seating, arranged in booths, as well as a fireplace and large wall-mounted TV, making it a cosy space to be in the evenings. The galley-like kitchen boasts a gas stove as well as everything you need to cook should you want to prepare your own meals. The sun-terrace offers a wonderful spot to sit out with a bottle of wine and take in the scenery all around.
Located in the the picturesque Devon town of Salcombe, The Boathouse is close to many local amenities, with eateries, pubs and shops aplenty. On the banks of the Kingsbridge Estuary, Salcombe is known for its exceptional coastal views and the surrounding green hills.
