This pretty little cottage sits on the shores of Beauly Firth, just 10 minutes from Inverness, and offers spectacular views across the water. Shore View Cottage has recently been renovated and, with three bedrooms, is a great choice for a family holiday to the Highlands.
Downstairs, you’ll find the cosy living room with comfy sofas around a log burning stove. After a busy day exploring the local area, this is a great spot to curl up with a book or in front of a film and there are lovely views over the firth from the window. Across the hall, there’s a modern, well equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area.
The cottage sleeps up to six in total. You’ll find the ensuite master bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the other two bedrooms, another double and a twin. These two rooms have lovely bay windows with spectacular views over Beauly Firth and share a family bathroom.
The cottage is just a stone’s throw from the water’s edge and there’s some outdoor furniture and a barbecue so you can soak up the scenery while enjoying the sunshine. You might even catch a glimpse of some of the dolphins that swim in Beauly and Moray Firths.
Shore View Cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Scottish Highlands. The village has a pub, a shop and a tea shop all within walking distance of the cottage and Inverness is just 10 minutes away by car.
