This pretty, bespoke Cornish stone property offers the perfect combination of traditional features and contemporary style and boasts stunning sea views towards the harbour and a private garden. Its location is right in the heart of the bohemian town of St. Ives so is sure to be a hit with amateur and professional artists alike.
The light and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area features the original exposed stone wall, a comfortable seating area with sofa and leather chairs, Smart TV and a welcoming wood burner to ensure you’re cosy whatever the weather. Let the fresh Cornish air in by throwing open the French doors which lead to the garden.
The stunning farmhouse-designed kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to hone your culinary skills. There is a large range gas hob and double oven, SMEG fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is dominated by a gorgeous, vintage, wooden prep table which is perfect for trying your hand at homemade pasties! An elegant, dark wood dining table comfortably seats up to five guests for those special dinner parties.
The three bedrooms are all tastefully decorated in fresh, muted colours and blend antique and contemporary furniture and soft furnishings to create an eclectic, relaxing ambience.
The master bedroom suite on the top floor offers wonderful sea views, ample storage, a sumptuously comfortable king size bed plus a stylish ensuite bathroom with both bath and overhead shower to suit every mood. The second bedroom on the first floor also features a king size bed and has similarly delightful sea views. It shares a family bathroom, featuring a bath and overhead rainfall shower, with the third bedroom which has bunk beds and plenty of storage.
The enclosed, private garden leads off the living area and provides a secluded sanctuary in which to entertain family and friends, whether that is just a refreshing drink while soaking up the Cornish sun or alfresco dining at the outdoor table.
