Step into this pretty home, with stripped wooden flooring and cleverly blended themes of classic and industrial chic throughout - light emanates into this three storey townhouse. With so many events on in the city, from the children's parade to The Fringe Festival, Osborne House is the perfect accommodation in any season.

Gather friends and family, stroll down to the beach on sunny days and step out and sample the multiple restaurants located within a ten minute walk. Brighton town centre is only a ten minute ride by bus or a very pleasant thirty minute walk which can be taken along the seafront or high street if you wish to browse the shops en route.

King Alfred Leisure Centre is a five minute stroll away. With a swimming pool, gym, and amusement park this is the perfect place for entertaining small children on a rainy day.

Ground Floor:
Main sitting room: Seating for 7 (including single pull-out armchair bed), TV, fireplace
Folding doors lead to secondary sitting room: Seating for 5 (doors can be fully closed) - including double sofa bed and single pull-out armchair bed
Bathroom: Roll top bath, separate shower, washbasin, WC. Juliet balcony to garden

Lower Ground Floor:
Kitchen with large fridge-freezer, gas hobs and electric oven, island with bar seating for 8 and dining table with seating for 6. French doors lead to rear patio.
Bedroom 4 (sleeps 1+1) in double sofa bed, en suite WC. Door leading to patio

First Floor:
Master Bedroom (sleeps 2+1): Super king-size bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, single pull-out sofa bed (sleeps +1)
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2+2): Double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double sofa pull out (sleeps +2)
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 1+1): Single bed, additional trundle bed (sleeps +1), wardrobe, drawers

Outside:
Patio garden with tables and seating
BBQ.
Small outhouse with washing machine

Please note additional sleeping for maximum 4 extra guests can be provided at 50 per 2 additional guests. They can be accommodated as follows (please contact our bookings team to request your preferred configuration at time of booking):

Ground floor - secondary sitting room: double pull out sofa bed (sleeps +2) and single pull out armchair bed (sleeps +1)
Ground floor - main sitting room: single pull out armchair bed (sleeps +1)
First floor - Master bedroom: single pull out armchair bed (sleeps +1)
First floor - Bedroom 2: double sofa bed (sleeps +2)

Permit residential parking, please contact the owner to request buying permit passes at least 7 days prior to your arrival (please note these are very limited and are subject to availabililty). Long stay pay & display parking can be found 0.3 miles away at Norton Road car park.

Celebrations and hen parties welcome, please provide the nature of your stay plus ages and names of guests.
