Sitting just a stone's throw from the banks of the river Deben and offering the perfect vantage point to watch the boats go by, you will find The Old Granary. The interior of this grade II listed former granary has been meticulously decorated by the owners, with a light and airy colour palette wonderfully complimenting modern fixtures. All mod cons are catered to here, while the location means you will be wonderfully located to explore the greater Suffolk region. Sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, this is an ideal bolt hole for friends or a couple of couples.
The ground floor contains the entrance hallway and one of the bedrooms, complete with a super king size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The living room is situated on the first floor and offers gorgeous views of the river Deben. Besides the large couch and comfy chairs, there is an oak dining table which comfortably seats five. This beautifully decorated and spacious room contains a super king size bed, bedside tables, a dressing table, and an upholstered chair. On the same floor is the second bathroom with a basin, WC, and a walk-in rain shower. The local area is replete with things to see and do. Next door to the granary there is a still operating tide mill museum, while just a few steps away you will find a coffee shop and the Boathouse kitchen and bar. The historic market town of Woodbridge itself is also has plenty of bars, eateries, and independent shops.
