Stroll golden beaches, explore caves and discover the castles of beautiful Gower, with this charming and romantic shepherd's hut as your luxurious base.
Sitting in an attractive private garden with views over the green Gower fields, guests will begin to relax from the moment they set eyes on this enchanting hut. The interior is country cottage-style with homely touches including fresh flowers, heart motives and soft lighting.
The kitchen is petite and pretty, with wooden cupboards and a Belfast sink and well-equipped for creating simple suppers, light lunches and breezy breakfasts.
A cosy wood burner adds to the romantic atmosphere and sits in the corner ready to add some heat should a cool sea mist roll in. Curl up on the large double bed with a glass of wine and watch the flames dance and flicker.
The bedroom area is cosy and inviting. The wooden bed frame has a good quality mattress with crisp linens, soft duvets and throws to curl-up under after long days at the beach. Above the bed is a window which has views directly out to the lovely garden - a delightful sight to wake up to in the morning.
Start the day with a hot shower in the smart ensuite shower room before settling down to a lazy breakfast. Brew a mug of fresh coffee and head outside to enjoy the morning sunshine and birdsong. A wrought-iron outdoor table and chairs are positioned by the front door inviting guests to sit down, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
The remote location minimises light pollution and ensures the very best views of the constellations in the dark sky at night. Toast marshmallows on the fire pit and lean back and enjoy nature's breathtaking nightly show. Or relax in the wood fired hot tub - perfect for soothing muscles tired from days tramping the beaches and coastal paths.
Beach lovers will marvel at the stunning coastline of the peninsula. Many beaches, including Pobbles, Tor Bay and Fall Bay, are just minutes from Nefoedd. And at the end of busy days, swimming, sun bathing and rock pooling, take the short stroll to the local pub, the King Arthur, for some good pub food and a nice selection of drinks.

Leave a reviewI visited Nefoedd for a solo midweek getaway. Nadia was a wonderful host and so helpful with places to visit along with making feel so welcome. On arrival I had a cute little box of chocolates, milk in the fridge & fresh eggs from the hens. The hut was so clean and homely, I also felt so safe as I visited the Gower on my own. The sunsets were gorgeous from the hut, I felt so recharged when I left. I can’t wait to visit again. The location is also perfect to visit all the nearby Gower beaches. Thanks again Nadia

I took my new fiancé here for his birthday this weekend and we were blown away. Beautiful details left in the cottage for us, with a handwritten ‘happy birthday’ sign, a lovely box of chocolates and bottle of Prosecco. Having not been to the gower before, this cosy little hut was the perfect home for us after long, wet and windy walks. We loved the cosy fire and dressing gowns, the bed was super comfy and the fresh milk, tea and coffee were a great addition. Nadia is a lovely lady and couldn’t do enough for us! We will be back ????
