The Details...

This gorgeous barn conversion, located on a Cornish farm, is the perfect rural retreat. The light and airy space is the perfect backdrop for the lovingly put together interiors that are bursting with charm. The farms extensive grounds boast a pretty orchard and childrens play area, making it a great place to take the family. And with picture-perfect villages, and the stunning North Cornish coastline within easy striking distance, it really is the most glorious escape any time of year.

The living and dining area is open plan with floor to ceiling windows and wooden floors throughout. The dining room has a large dining table that takes in lovely views over the garden. And with a stunning green bottle chandelier - its the perfect setting for any celebratory dining. The lounge area is fabulously inviting with comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove and TV. Whilst a large shelf stocked with books and board games offers up a plethora of unplugged entertainment. And the character of the barn shines through - with painted beams and an exposed stone wall.

The kitchen simply oozes quality with a large wooden island, muted grey painted units, and a slate tiled floor. Its scores well on the practicality front too, with a double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and contemporary cookware and tableware.

There are three double bedrooms - two twin rooms (one on the ground floor) and one double room. The ground floor twin also boasts an ensuite bathroom with overhead shower. All of the rooms have charming interiors with top quality linen and beautiful textiles. And the eclectic styling keeps them all wonderfully unique.

Outside there is a pretty fenced garden with a patio complete with garden furniture and BBQ. And the extensive Loskeyle Farm grounds offer up a lovely apple orchard, play area and even free fishing on the River Camel.

The location of this charming barn conversion could not be better with the pretty villages of St Tudy, St Breward and Blisland on the doorstep. Those wanting to venture further will not be disappointed as the stunning Cornish fishing towns of Padstow and Port Isaac are just 15 minutes away. With wonderful cobbled streets and plenty of fabulous seafood restaurants, youll be spoiled for choice.

Detailed Pricing Information...

Short breaks are available from October April, excluding school holidays and Christmas and New Year.

To cover cleaning costs, we charge 30 per week for each dog staying in the accommodation. Menhenick can accept two dogs.

Cots, Highchairs and Stairgates are provided free of charge, extra beds can be added for 50 per week. Please not we do not supply cot bedding.

Please note that the arrival day for Menhenick is a Friday, during July, August and September we cannot be flexible.
