The Details...

With four en-suite bedrooms and a generous light-filled living space, the Granary makes for an idyllic spot for groups and families to spend time together.

Step into the open plan living area and enjoy plenty of space to hang out together, with large bi-fold doors that frame the beautiful view of the countryside beyond. Inside, you’ll find two large, comfortable sofas and armchairs to sprawl out and enjoy the view from. There is also a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and integrated DVD, plus plenty of books and board games. A contemporary wood burner with logs is sure to keep you warm on winter night. Adjacent is the kitchen that comes fully equipped and there is a large, oak dining table with seating for up to eight.

Designed to take advantage of the fantastic views over rolling Borders countryside, the Granary spans two levels with three sumptuous bedrooms on the first floor, and one on the lower ground floor. All bedrooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms and luxurious, super-king beds, with the potential for all beds to be converted into twin beds, should you require this. High quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, luxurious bath sheets and toiletries are all provided.

Take either the doors from the lower ground floor bedroom, or the living room, and you’re outside in an attractive, enclosed lawned garden, just perfect for children and/or dogs to roam. A terraced patio provides space to dine with garden furniture and sun loungers, and there is even a charcoal barbecue on hand should the sun shine.

Step outside of the house, and you’ll find seven hundred acres of unspoilt estate land, just waiting for you to explore. Fishing, either day rods or weekly lets, can be arranged directly with the estate office and even stabling can be provided for guests interested in bringing their own horse, should you require.
