You should know

• The property is within walking distance of Pollença, but travelling by car is recommended as the road leading into the town is the main road for cars, so there’s no pavement for pedestrians to walk on. It’s narrow, windy and cars can be going quite fast.
• The master bedroom’s shower room is fairly exposed and doesn’t offer much privacy.

Finca Es Costes is a four bedroom, four bathroom luxury villa near Pollença in Mallorca. It's the ideal place for family getaways; with a private playground and a roomy, welcoming garden, kids are sure to have a magical time during their stay. The private pool is lovely for taking a dip during the warmer weather, but guests can also opt to have it heated, so it's just as pleasant in the cooler months, too.

Nearby Pollença is one of the crowning jewels of the north of Mallorca, with plenty for visitors to see and experience. Pollença's old town boasts a charming rose garden and memorable sculpture park - it's a fantastic place to spend lazy days exploring.

Guests open to travelling further afield will find that Mallorca has something to offer just about everybody who visits. Iconic, historic sites like the Castel de Bellver and Catedral-Basílica de Santa María de Mallorca are both incredible examples of local, traditional architecture, and the Drach Caves are remarkable and well-worth a visit. The capital Palma, with its fortresses, Gothic buildings, historic promenades and the renowned Mercat de l'Olivar, are all must-sees in the city.
