The detail

This modern and stylish property sits on the Anglesey's Irish Sea coast and is just a minute from the beach. A contemporary getaway, Ewyn Gwyn is wonderfully located in the village of Rhosneigr - an award-winning seaside spot - and is perfect for those wishing to explore all that this beautiful Welsh island has to offer. Sleeping up to 14 guests across six bedrooms, and with a gorgeous outside area that functions brilliantly as a children's play area, Ewyn Gwyn is the ideal retreat for families and friends alike. Just make sure to bring your swimwear!

The home has been lovingly refurbished to the highest of standards with lots of contemporary features found throughout. The ground floor contains the main open hallway with double height ceilings, leading up to the first-floor gallery with its feature fireplace and flagstone tile flooring. The fully equipped kitchen/dining room is open planned with an island which doubles as an American style dining area. The ground floor also houses a utility/laundry room for added convenience, a downstairs toilet and a shower room.

There's also a bright and spacious family living room with a cosy electric fire and ample couch seating making the ideal spot for socialising with your loved ones in the evening. Leading on from the lounge is an alcove dining area that makes a lovely location to enjoy delicious meals with your group. Double doors lead out onto the patio garden, complete with a picnic bench where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.

The first floor has two double bedrooms, two family triple bunk bedrooms, and a large family bathroom with a roll top bath for added luxury. The second floor then contains two large double en suite bedrooms.

Rhosneigr is a gorgeous village on the west coast of Anglesey, Wales. As a winner of the Green Coast Seaside Award, it promises to be a picturesque spot all year round. Known for their wind and kite surfing, there are two sandy beaches, both of which are just a short walk from Ewyn Gwyn. There is even a surf shop which offers lessons! Rhosneigr has a number of lovely eateries and bars and, of course, the compulsory seaside fish and chip shop.

Anglesey has plenty to offer further afield, too. A five-minute drive from the village is the local golf club and the island is dotted with lots of pretty coves, pools and sandy beaches. Cycling is a highly recommended way of exploring Anglesey's beautiful countryside and 120 miles of coastline, while you will also be a short drive from the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.
