The Details...

DreamCatcher Cabins will make all of your Scottish dreams come true, and then some. Set in a truly breathtaking part of Scotland, with Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park on your doorstep, each hut comes complete with a large terrace that boasts a sumptuous bathtub and wood burning stove - retreats don’t get more magical. These stunning cabins also have minimal environmental impact on the beautiful landscape that surrounds them. Electricity is replaced by solar lighting, glittering fairy lights and romantic candles - as the sun sets these beautiful cabins positively sparkle.

Inside the cabins you’ll find a wonderfully comfortable double bed adorned with soft white linen and cosy tartan blankets. Light floods in through a small window and clever roof-top window that looks up into the canopy of trees above. A stable door out to the terrace, ensures that you can enjoy the woodland view from the comfort of your snug bed. And the crisp white interior is finished off gorgeously with touches of rustic wood throughout the cabin. Head through the bedroom to a sparkling bathroom complete with a tree trunk basin, compost toilet and walk-in shower. And fluffy towels and dressing gowns add a lovely lavish note.

Outside, these simple cabins leap into a league of their own. The large terrace houses a luxuriant bathtub, a wood burning stove and a leather sofa. Festooned with fairy lighting and plenty of candles, it’s pure romance. If its gets a bit chilly, there are blinds that you can pull down to make the space even cosier. And, as each cabin is situated within its own private piece of woodland, you can lie back and relax in complete tranquility. To the side of the cabin, you have your own delightfully appointed table for two - perfectly placed so you can drink in your surroundings. Romance aside, this large terrace also has plenty of space for the more practical things too - with an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas hob, lantern lighting and direct views out into the forest. Watch the red squirrels amongst the trees whilst you make another cup of tea.

The area is Scotland at its best - whether it’s outdoor pursuits, culture or shopping - this region offers them all in abundance. Mountain biking, hiking and kayaking are all within 45 minutes. Whilst the glorious cities of Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow are all within easy striking distance. If whiskey piques your interest then you’re only 15 minutes away from the picture-perfect Glengoyne Distillery which produces single malt whiskey from the slowest stills in Scotland. And with fabulous pubs and restaurants just five minutes down the road, you’ll be spoilt for choice on where to head for dinner - it’s the perfect dilemma!
