Found in the charming town of Lymington on the edge of the New Forest, this stylish property is the perfect getaway for families or small groups of friends. When not out exploring the vibrant coastal town or idyllic national park, Courtyard House is a wonderful place to unwind, with plenty of space for socialising and relaxing.
The home has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, with tasteful decor, beautiful furnishings and lots of luxurious touches that make your stay extra special.
A real highlight of the house is the delightful drawing room, which has deep, comfy sofas, a smart TV and a log burner - a lovely spot to relax and recharge after a day of adventuring. For extra privacy, there’s a cosy snug area, ideal for reading a book or having an afternoon snooze.
The house has a modern kitchen which is equipped with high end appliances and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, which guests can share around the large dining table. The dining room can be warmed by a log burner in the winter, whilst arched doorways that lead out to the garden can be thrown open in the warmer months.
Three spacious bedrooms await when it’s time for bed, all fitted with super-king beds to ensure a sound night’s sleep. There’s also a smart contemporary bathroom and a separate elegant shower room.
Outside the property you’ll find the wonderful courtyard garden, which has outdoor seating where you can enjoy a morning coffee or share drinks in the evening sun. There is a garage attached to the house where guests can store bikes, and two allocated parking spaces a short walk away.
Lymington is popular with visitors for its narrow streets lined with pubs, restaurants and shops. The picturesque town sits on the Solent, where you can try out some water sports and activities such as sailing, paddleboarding and kayaking if you’re feeling adventurous. For something slower paced, there are some beautiful beaches within easy reach, including Milford-on-Sea, Avon Beach and Hengistbury Head, all perfect for catching some rays and bathing in the sea. The glorious coast also offers some fabulous walks, most notably at Hurst Spit which boasts stunning views across the Solent. No trip to Lymington would be complete without exploring the New Forest, where you’ll be sure to fall in love with the ancient woodlands, open moors, and cliff top walks – don’t forget the free-roaming ponies!
