Marvellous family home in the peaceful town of Portinatx on Ibiza - Enjoy a wonderful holiday near to a number of excellent beaches.
Please note that the minimum stay for this property is 7 nights
Enjoy having the beautiful beaches of Portinatx in Ibiza right on your the doorstep at this fantastic family villa. Although the property is located in what is considered one of the best spots on the island, it remains away from the livelier aspects.
Sleeping up to eight guests, the house has plenty of spacious social areas. A large dining room has direct access to the outdoor terrace and also leads into the living room. With windows all around this curved space there is plenty of light flooding in while those staying can relax on the comfy sofas. Elsewhere is a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, and dryer.
There are three double bedrooms found in Villa de Portinatx. The first is on the ground floor and has an en-suite with bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom and the third double; with the latter having an en-suite shower room and direct access to a private terrace. There is also a single room which can comfortably sleep two people if required and a third and final family bathroom.
Due to its location by the sea, the holiday home benefits from a breeze, which is often welcomed when making the most of the superb outdoor space. There are large, undercover terraces with seating areas at both the front and rear. There is a further terrace upstairs, which is something of a sun trap and great for enjoying an evening drink or alfresco meal.
The huge positive for Villa de Portinatx is its location, with guests able to be on white, sandy beaches within a few short minutes. Both S’Arenal Gross and S’Arenal Petite beaches are renowned for being excellent places for families to come and relax. Meanwhile, Cala Xarraca and Cala d’en Serra have pebbles and are therefore better for those who want to go diving or snorkelling. There are also plenty of opportunities for water sports or going out on boat trips.
While Portinatx itself is ideal for those wanting to enjoy the quieter bits of Ibiza, there is still plenty going on in the town. There are a number of restaurants, many of which are well known for their superb seafood, as well as a variety of shops and also an open air market every Sunday.
