Bracken Wood is perfect for celebrating a special occasion where the whole group can stay together. The newly built home has been expertly designed to provide a truly memorable getaway, with grand interiors, elegant décor and all the modern amenities you could wish for. As well as relaxing in the luxurious property, guests can wander the gorgeous grounds, play a game of tennis on the court and explore the private woodland.

You’ll be impressed as soon as you enter the house. The lavish interior is tastefully decorated, beautifully furnished and bathed in natural light. The opulence is epitomised by the kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, large countertops and all the equipment needed to prepare a feast. The central dining table awaits when the food is ready, with seating for ten.

The kitchen opens to the delightful drawing room. A real highlight of the property, inspired by the rooms historically used to entertain privileged guests. The space boasts high-cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams and large windows that look out onto the scenic surroundings. It’s a lovely place for guests to unwind, with lots of comfy seating, a log burner and smart TV.

Upstairs is where you’ll find all five spacious bedrooms, two super kings and three kings, all with super comfy beds, premium pillows, linen and sheets. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower (two with additional soaker bathtubs) and are fully stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. There’s also a cosy living room next to the fifth bedroom with an L-shaped sofa, armchair, smart TV and log burner - a great spot for youngsters to hang out, watch a film or binge the latest series, buffer-free thanks to the high-speed WiFi.

The home is complete with its own gym, ideal for guests who like to stay in shape during their vacation. It has everything needed for a solid workout, including a bench press, exercise bike, dumbbells and yoga mat.

Outside the house is just as wonderful. Soak in the sun or dine al fresco on the terrace, stroll through the woodland footpaths and say hello to the hens at the coop or play tennis on the full-sized court If you fancy some friendly competition.

Bracken Wood is in easy reach of the market towns of Petersfield and Petworth. Both have an excellent selection of boutique shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as museums and art galleries. Petworth is famous for its antique shops and ties to artist JMW turner, and has an expansive park which homes the largest herd of fallow deer in England. Cowdray Estate is also a short drive away and offers a range of premium country pursuits, including golf, clay pigeon shooting, polo and fly fishing.

The home is a perfect base from which to discover the South Downs National Park. Its rolling green pastures, ancient woodlands and windswept coastline are waiting to be explored on foot or by bike, where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of coast and country.
