Celebrate with friends in this historic private pub complete with its own fully-working bar with the beautiful sandy beaches of Anglesey just short trip away.

This grand double-fronted Victorian property has been welcoming guests for 160 years but now the Bodorgan Inn can be hired in its entirety offering large groups a chance to meet up with family and friends and celebrate special events in style.

Spend evenings in the bar, split into teams for a friendly pub quiz, share news over a game of pool or settle in for a pint and pickled egg - visitors will love kicking back for gatherings without anybody calling 'time' on the fun.

Original features have been lovingly restored, with plenty of the inn's hospitable atmosphere remaining intact, and there is bags of space to relax in the bar, chill in the games room or enjoy meals in the large dining room complete with a banquet table. For those looking for some quiet time, there is a snug and a cosy 'book nook' to hideaway in.

In the warm months head outdoors to the wonderful garden and patio. The acre of grassy lawn and mature gardens are perfect for games of rounders before having a soak in the hot tub while lunch, locally-caught fresh fish, sizzles on the BBQ. Gather round the comfy patio suite and tuck into alfresco meals with a chilled glass of white wine.

Back inside, and catering for larger groups is made a easy thanks to the large, modern kitchen, which has plenty of space for preparing meals and, with a island area with seating for 12, lots of room for friends to gather and help with the cooking or pouring the wine and supplying the gossip.

After a day exploring beautiful Anglesey and evenings partying in the bar, guests will enjoy a great night's sleep in all of the lovely bedrooms with their calm decor and quality mattresses and linens. Seven of the bedrooms are on the first floor, while a further three are situated at the top of the building in the former publican's quarters - a great option for the early risers.

For beach days, head over to Rhosneigr beach, just 10 minutes away, which is great for kite surfing, boarding and good food. The Oyster Catcher is set back from the beach and large groups can be accommodated with advanced booking.
