The detail

Beach Boutique is a gorgeous, modern cottage nestled on the quiet, award winning White Sands development, just a five minute stroll from the beach. This fab home is perfect for a small family, friends or anyone wanting a proper seaside holiday in a beautifully maintained property.

Upon entering this lovely cottage you'll find yourself in the open-plan heart of the home, containing the kitchen and dining area as well as the living space. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and bright with contemporary appliances including an oven with a 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. This means you have everything you could need to whip up a feast to be enjoyed at the white dining table with a bottle of chilled wine. There's also a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods for that all important morning coffee!

The living area has a big comfy sofa and an armchair facing a state of the art fireplace where you can snuggle up with a good book or watch Sky on the 39” Smart TV. The furnishings are cream with blue accents and the feel is cosy and warm with lots of seaside vibes. There's also a utility room on the ground floor with a washer dryer and a small table top freezer to keep the choc ices nice and chilled.

Upstairs you'll find two stylish bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed with luxury linens, a 32” smart TV with Sky and an Echo Dot smart speaker. The second bedroom has two very comfortable single beds with toppers and linens that will make you want to sink right in for a quick disco nap before a stroll on the beach. There's an upstairs bathroom which has a bath tub with a power-shower over and glass shower screen that keeps the room bright. And with an extra WC downstairs there won't be any queuing.

Outside is a charming enclosed garden with a white picket fence and a dining table for al fresco feasting in the fresh sea air. After lunch have a little stroll and find the pond rich with East Sussex wildlife.

When the sun is up grab your swimsuits and head to the dunes of Camber Sands, an absolutely beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep. Curl your toes in the shallow waters and watch power kites in the sky. Adventurers can kite-surf or windsurf, and your four-legged friends can chase frisbees.

You're only a ten minute drive from the must visit medieval town of Rye with its quaint cobbled streets, gastro-pubs and shops. Visit The Owl for a pint or head to The Standard for a lovely roast dinner. Before you head back to your personal oasis by the beach pick up some bottles of lovely local wine such as Chapel Down.
