Inside this tranquil property you’ll find a welcoming living area, split across two rooms. A large L-shaped sofa has been perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing views across the sandy cove and there’s a wood burner to keep you cosy on chilly evenings and a smart TV so the kids won’t have to miss their favourite shows.
The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need to make mealtimes a breeze and also features a breakfast bar for informal eating. When you want to gather for a relaxing family feast, head to the dining area which is flooded with natural light thanks to its wonderful, vaulted windows.
When bedtimes beckons, three calming, ensuite bedrooms await. The king size and double rooms have patio doors to the garden and you can catch a glimpse of the beach through the windows. The master suite on the top floor boasts a comfortable window seat where you can relax and enjoy the ever-changing sea views.
The house also benefits from a practical utility room, which is ideal for washing and drying sandy swimsuits and towels after a fun-filled day at the beach.
Stepping outside into the secluded garden, you’re in for a treat. Terraced on multiple levels to make the most of the breath taking views, the varied outdoor spaces include a grassy area for children to play, a deck with gas BBQ for alfresco dining and a patio with comfy outdoor seating.
Avalon Beach House is in a prime location, right next to Maenporth Beach, a sheltered cove with golden sands, gently sloping to the sea. With a laid-back café, beach bar and restaurant and water sport equipment for hire, it caters for everyone. If you want to discover more of enchanting Cornwall, you can stroll along the coastal path to secluded beaches and sheltered creeks, visit the wetland nature reserve behind the beach to spot a whole host of wildlife or drive to nearby Falmouth for a spot of culture, maritime history and retail therapy.
