Newhall Mains offers a wide variety of luxurious, beautiful holiday accommodation options in the Ross-shire countryside. With five gorgeous cottages, and four super-comfy suites on offer, guests are guaranteed elegant interiors, modern convenience, and pretty, private surroundings.

The five cottages on offer at Newhall Mains all feature wonderful furnishings, and all the mod cons you’ll need for an enjoyable stay. Each cottage also has a log burner to ensure you stay toasty and warm all-year-round, as well as big windows that flood the rooms with natural light and allow you to connect with your picturesque surroundings.

There are three two bedroom cottages that sleep up to four guests; one one bed cottage for couples; and one bigger, three bedroom cottage that sleeps six. Guests can get a great night’s sleep in their super-comfy beds, after enjoying a relaxing soak in a big bath. Each cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen that makes meal prep a breeze, and nice dining areas that make dinner times a joy.

As well as all of the above, each cottage also comes with super-fast WiFi, a Smart TV, and luxurious Aromatherapy Associates toiletries.

There are also four suites that sit in the ‘Mains’ building. These suites are smaller than the cottages, but offer guests an equal level of comfort and luxury.

Each suite sleeps two, making them ideal for couples looking for a romantic retreat in this part of Scotland. Each suite also has a comfy double king sized bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests in the suites also have access to high-speed WiFi during their stay, meaning you can stay on top of your emails whilst you relax with your loved one.

Guests who wish to venture out have lots of marvellous scenery right their doorstep. Though not technically an island, the Black Isle, where Newhall Mains is located, has plenty of things to see and do. Guests can visit one of a number of whiskey distilleries in the area, or head to the beautiful 18th century harbour town of Cromarty, with its wealth of elegant sandstone houses and pretty harbour.

Avid golfers will be pleased to hear that there are a number of courses in the area, and other activities nearby include dolphin watching, fishing, flying experiences, and castle tours including Urquhart Castle, Dunrobin, and Fort George.
