Coes Faen Spa Lodge is a multi-award-winning luxury hotel that offers guests an idyllic place to stay in the marvellous North Wales countryside. This dreamy lodge offers amazing facilities, and an array of awesome spa treatments for guests, who are also guaranteed a fantastic night's sleep in the super-comfy, luxurious bedrooms.

The Lodge sits a mile out of the seaside town of Barmouth, edging Snowdonia, and has 30 acres of beautiful gardens for your to explore. And once you step inside, you're presented with tastefully decorated rooms, that offer you the perfect place for your next romantic getaway. The owners have worked hard to create calm, peaceful spaces that promote relaxation and wellbeing.

Each room is uniquely designed and offers a rural feel with a contemporary, cutting-edge twist. Think luxurious king sized beds, and an outdoor cedar hot tub on its own private rock terrace with splendid views out over the water and the scenery beyond, offering you a lovely reminder of your gorgeous surroundings at all times. Rooms also have their own, luxury en suite bathrooms in natural stone finishes such as local Welsh slate, Italian Limestone and Carrera marble, cedar wood walls, and that are filled with a varying range of cutting edge spa facilities including rainfall showers, a steam room, a Jacuzzi aromatherapy bath tub, Aquavision TVs, and Villeroy and Boch hand basins and Grohe fittings. It is worth bearing in mind that different rooms offer different bathroom facilities, so check with the owners for more information.

Each of the rooms sleeps two people, however, guests are also able to book the entire lodge for one group. If you do wish to book the lodge in its entirety for one big group holiday, then contact the owners and they can see if the dates are available. 

Whilst the rooms and their en suite bathrooms offer plenty of style and comfort, if you head out and explore the hotel's grounds there's plenty to see. There are 30 acres of woodland gardens for you to wander. Discover hidden vantage points, or relax among the wild-flowers. You may also want to seek out the hotel's famous swing for a picture perfect moment.

Coes Faen Spa Lodge also offers a range of amazing spa treatments to guests which can be enjoyed in your room. Or you may wish to book their day spa experience, Aûr. This is located within Coes Faen and overlooks the awe-inspiring Mawddach Estuary. Treatments featuring Temple Spa products are available with Aûr that offer a respite from the laborious tasks of daily life!

Relax and have fun picking an exceptional bottle of wine from an extensive list handpicked by the owners, with many coming from small vineyards in Tuscany, Italy.

Guests who wish to head out and explore this stunning corner of Wales are spoiled for things to see and do. If you're into activities, the range on offer is world class and will not disappoint. From mountain biking at Coed y Brenin, and underground adventures at Betws-y-Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog, to zip-wires at Blaenau and Bethesda, and the  surf centre at Dolgarrog, there's so much to keep you busy. The area is a global leader for outdoors activities also offers amazing spots for rock climbing, coasteering, canoeing, whitewater rafting, sea kayaking, sailing, stand-up paddle-boarding and of course a wonderful choice of walks, from the gentle stroll to the most strenuous of climbs all offering invigorating fresh sea-air and amazing views.
