With three comfy, cosy rooms on offer, this is a smart, stylish holiday retreat that's ideal for your next family holiday or trip with friends. When it comes to things to do, guests can also make use of the other areas at Bossington Hall including the 10 seater home cinema, the oldest private squash court in England, and a tennis court.
The comfy, cosy lounge is the ideal place to relax and enjoy an evening with your loved ones. As well as two comfortable sofas, and a big chair, this room also has a 50 inch HD Smart TV which makes movie nights in a joy. There's also WiFi throughout and a PS4 for avid or causal gamers to enjoy. Guests can swing open the double doors and step out onto the terrace where they can enjoy breathtaking views from the terrace across both Exmoor and Bossington Bay.
Come dinner times the large, fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Guests have access to modern amenities and all the utensils they'll need to cook up a storm. The kitchen also has a nice dining space where you can all enjoy meals together in style.
The apartment has three bedrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible and has it's on huge ensuite wet room. All three bedrooms can be twin rooms with two of them having zip and link beds that can be made up into superking beds if required. The bedrooms make use of lots of natural light, comfortable beds, and ample storage. Bedroom Badgeworthy is has an en suite bathroom and bedroom Chetsworth has a private bathroom just across the corridor.
Bossington Hall itself is a Grade II listed building, however, it still has WiFi throughout, plenty of lovely hot water, and a computer controlled central heating system. There is also an outdoor kids play area for the little ones to enjoy, and six acres of grounds for you to explore.
Guests can head out and explore all that Somerset and Exmoor has to offer. There are lots of fantastic walking, horse riding, and cycling opportunities as well as plenty of striking scenery to behold. Allerford is just a five minute walk away, and has a quaint museum, tea room and Cross Lanes restaurant. If you decide to head towards the sea, you'll wander through the charming village of Bossington which is home to thatched houses and a pretty little tea room called Kitnors. Once you hit the beach you'll be able walk all the way round the bay on the shingle bank to Porlock Weir, the tiny harbour. Here you can enjoy eating the local oysters at the cafe before strolling back to the B&B.
