Fisherton Farm - The Vintage Vardos

All you need to pack for your stay at Fisherton Farm is a good book and your toothbrush! Everything else is taken care of for you at this incredibly unique glamping experience that harks back to a long lost, bygone era and oozes with ethical, eco-friendly credentials.

These three lovingly restored, completely off-grid gypsy caravans, and a converted farm tip up trailer, sit in their own secluded meadow next to a peaceful wood and a bubbling stream, offering you the ideal spot for your next Devonshire break.

Gather around the fire in your sheltered, woodland living room and cook up feasts for your group to enjoy around either of the two enormous hand crafted tables. The romantic wagons are also fitted with sumptuous bedding, snuggly duvets, towels and fresh flowers.

The site sleeps up to 14 guests, which means it’s ideal for events such as birthdays or hen parties! The owners can also arrange a number of activities such as yoga, pilates, an organised cycle trip to Instow beach with bike hire, male or female life drawing classes, a pottery class, paddle boarding, a surfing or sea kayaking session, shooting and quad biking, or even river and sea fishing!

Devon Dens

Beaworthy - Devon

Sleeps 2 - 6

Leave your gadgets behind and spend your time enjoying the fine natural surroundings on offer at this off-grid hideout in the West Devonshire countryside. Hidden in a private woodland next to a babbling stream, Devon Dens is a restful sanctuary where you can live the original camping dream. Swing in the hammock with a good book or sit by the edge of your own private pond and relax in true rural Devonian style. These two gorgeous timber cabins have been carefully handcrafted to blend in with Mother Nature and we love the uber-green credentials here, which create a minimal carbon footprint. These cabins are natural havens with eco-friendly touches throughout. You can expect solar powered lights and composting loos, along with reed water filters and delicious home-grown hampers! Their down-to-earth interiors even create a timeless atmosphere, with crackling wood burners and handmade furniture. Snug living rooms, comfortable bedrooms, and stylish, well-equipped kitchens, ensure you have all you need during your stay. And when you step outside you’ve got your own private slice of Devon countryside. What more could you want?

Culls Cottage

Southrop - Gloucestershire

Sleeps 6

We didn’t imagine that such an old, historic property would have such impeccable green credentials. But Culls Cottage most certainly does! This traditional cottage dates back as far as 1670 and resides in the village of Southrop in the Cotswolds. It’s been renovated and modernised throughout, with cutting edge furnishings and amenities that offer you all you need for an enjoyable stay. However, the property has still managed to cling onto that all-important historic, rustic charm. Culls Cottage sleeps up to six guests across three comfy bedrooms, and is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a low-impact, environmentally-friendly holiday. The cottage proudly holds a gold award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme and is completely carbon neutral. That, combined with the super-comfy beds, will help you sleep soundly at night.
