Enjoy the beautiful Italian island of Sicily at Villa La Luna, positioned on the seafront in the popular resort of Fontane Bianche.

Overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea, the property accommodates 12 guests across six bright and spacious bedrooms.

Lovingly designed to combine modern convenience with traditional Sicilian style and elegance, the villa is the perfect getaway for families and large groups.

On the ground floor is the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a study and library, as well as a laundry room and larder for those essential tasks. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and twin bedroom can also be found on this level, as can the family bathroom.

Upstairs on the first floor are three more double bedrooms and another twin bedroom, with all four accompanied by their own private en-suite bathroom.

Outside the large private pool and sun loungers are ideal for those relaxing afternoons, as guests enjoy looking out to sea in pure tranquillity. There is also a covered outdoor dining area and barbecue for those who want to eat alfresco and the gardens are great for children to play in.

Fontane Bianche itself is a hub for bars, restaurants and clubs and with the villa located right on the seafront this can all be accessed in no time at all.

The nearby town of Syracuse is only half an hour away by car and boasts a rich history of Ancient Greek influence. Val di Noto is also close by and although a small town, is brimming with architectural and artistic beauty.

Sicily itself is a picturesque island that offers everything visitors need. The city of Catania is a hour away and is also where the nearest airport is. It numerous piazzas and markets are vibrant and full of energy.

Looking over the city is the dominating presence of Mount Etna, an active volcano surrounded by forests and cold lava streams to explore. The countryside can also be enjoyed at the nearby nature reserves of Pantalica, Vendicari and Cassibile.
