This stylish and contemporary holiday home has a spectacular outdoor space and offers you the chance to stay just a short stroll from Tresaith’s beautiful blue flag beach. With the stunning west Wales coastline on the doorstep there are few more desirable places in the entire UK.
There is a large open plan living and dining room, which acts as the social hub. This includes three comfy sofas around the log burner, sitting underneath a beamed apex ceiling, with wooden flooring underfoot. A dining table seating up to six people sits at the other end of the room, with bi-fold doors opening out onto the decking at the other.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also another smaller dining table for quick breakfasts with friends.
There are three bedrooms to choose from. The master suite has a coastal feel to its decoration and furnishings and boasts a luxurious super king size bed. It also has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin, but can be converted into a super king upon request, and has an en-suite bathroom with large bath and shower overhead. Finally, there is another twin bedroom, accessed by its own private staircase leading off the hallway.
The decked area is made of hardwood and leads down to a large, enclosed patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. This is also accessible from the kitchen. The patio overlooks the lawned garden, which is bordered by a stream and woodland beyond.
After a short walk from Ty Isaf you come across the village of Tresaith and its sheltered sandy bay. The River Saith cascades over the cliffs into a waterfall that separates the two sandy beaches. There is a cafe and the Ship Inn pub providing food and drink with an amazing backdrop, as well as a small shop for essentials. This part of Wales is on the Ceredigion Coast Path and sits neatly between Aberporth and Penbryn. The path offers great views of Cardigan Bay and the chance to see dolphins and seals.
