These bespoke cladded cubes are set in their own little private tree-lined areas, providing guests with the ultimate feeling of relaxation. Why not relax on the couch and gaze through the skylight at the starry night-time sky, or enjoy some al fresco dining on the decking area while you observe some of the local wildlife? And did we mention that you will have your own private hot tub? So whether you want to watch a film on the big screen projector (Blu-Ray's provided), take in your natural surroundings, do a bit of wildlife spotting, or gaze at the night sky, the Sunridge Cubes are the ideal couples getaway for just about anybody.
The Cubes are of a contemporary and open-planned design, ensuring the space is maximised for your comfort. This is rounded off by modern lofted ceilings with a large skylight, providing arresting views of the starry night sky. The kitchens include an electric oven, fridge/freezer, gas hob, slimline dishwasher, and a dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a gas fired shower, along with a toilet, sink and towel radiator. Up the stairs is the cosy bunk area, housing a king-size bed and HD TV. The lounge area has a large and comfortable sofa which looks out onto the decked area through glass bi-folding doors.
In terms of outside space, both Cubes enjoy their own decking area with BBQ. Cube 1 also has access to its own vast private secret garden space which is perfect for sunbathing, while Cube 2 has a larger deck right outside the bifolds for the ultimate alfresco dining experience. Both spaces are ideal for observing your neighbours - the various wildlife (birds, foxes, squirrels, badgers) that call the area home. You can even do a spot of fishing at the private lake.
The Cubes are conveniently situated in the South Hams region of Devon. To the south you will find gorgeous coastline and several beautiful beaches (including Mothercombe Beach). The South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is great for nature walks, as is Dartmoor National Park, which lies just a few miles to the north. The local area also has a number of villages and towns worth visiting - such as Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Modbury, and Ivybridge - each offering their own unique shopping and dining experiences. A few miles to the east of the Cubes is the famous port city of Plymouth, which has a variety of entertainment, gastronomic, cultural, and historic attractions.

The weekly rental ranges from £1595 to £1995 per week depending on the season. Short breaks are available from £200 a night based on 2 people or £250 a night for 3/4 guests with a 2/3 night min. This includes the use of your own private cube hot tub. No pets allowed.

Leave a reviewThis was such a good find. Everything was on point, nice cosy retreat in the country with easy access to beaches and salcombe which we loved. Our particular favourite aspects of the cube were the hot tub, gas bbq and the giant projector which we watched films on and the kids played Xbox Damian was very helpful and on call although we didn’t need anything Would highly recommend and we will look to book again

This place is fantastic!! Our 2nd visit to these premises, the first being in the lodge, and this latest visit in the new, fantastic Cubes. We were in Cube2, but both cubes are identical with just a slight variation externally. All I can say is wow! It has everything, all in that space without being cramped, it's so spacious, clean, and so cool. And if you like movies like we do, then it doesn't come any better than the projector which provides you with a huge viewing screen which is crisp and clear, and supported by a fantastic soundsystem with speakers up the wall and in the ceiling, making it feel like being in the cinema! The icing on the cake comes with the hot tub on the balcony which is accessed through the bi-folding doors which totally opens up the front, making it feel like being outside while inside. Such a quiet and peaceful area where there's plenty of walks too. As for the owner Damian, he makes you his priority, the comfort of your stay and communication is top notch, he's brilliant, warming and welcoming! So, if you hadn't have guessed already, I highly recommend this place in every possible way. We will definitely be back again for a 3rd time

I booked this place as a birthday gift to my partner and it was absolutely incredible!! The place was nice and clean when we arrived. We absolutely enjoyed the hot tub and the home cinema where we watched a few films including a 3D one (3D glasses provided) which we loved so much! Before we arrived, I asked Damian if it was possible to have some balloons in the cube and he granted the request and even added a happy birthday sign which was very much appreciated:) Safe to say it was a very successful birthday surprise for my boyfriend and all thanks to you, Damian!:) xx

Sunridge cubes are AMAZING! Such a clever design, lots of space yet also nice & private. Everything is super high end luxury and the TV projector is INSANE!!! Absolutely blown away by this place and the owner Damian is fantastic! We will definitely be going back and trying out the other amazing, unique & luxurious buildings. If you want 5 star luxury look no further!!! Book it now!!!

I am lost for words at how amazing this place is. We stayed in cube 2 and we were completely stunned! It is so peaceful and private there. The accommodation is unreal, the cinema experience is incredible and the location is stunning. We loved every second of being in the cube, it’s so perfectly layed out, so modern with such a relaxing, homey feel. We will definitely be back, I can’t believe how unreal it really was. Amazing??

Wow just wow! We have stayed at Sunridge many times now. In the lodge, treehouse, geodome and now the cube. All of which are absolutely amazing and so different which is lovely. Damian is such a lovely person. So kind and down to earth. He always makes us feel so welcome every time we stay! We can't wait to book up again already! The cinema experience in all accommodation is insane! We watched so many Christmas films over the weekend on the big screen and enjoyed the hot tub of course. The site has the most amazing scenery, we always watch the squirrels and birds on the decking. This place is an absolute dream. It's a perfect break all year round! Thank you so much for always making our stay one to remember. Can't wait to book again soon!

Stunning weekend away at Sunridge Cubes. My partner and I stayed at the Sunridge Cubes in mid-December. It's rare that we say this about accommodation we stay at, but it was honestly almost faultless. We used this as a total relaxation weekend and that's exactly what it was. The cubes are incredibly cosy, very clean and have just about everything you could possibly need. Damian is a fantastic host, he's very responsive and there's no request too big or small. I specifically asked if he could add a few extras to surprise my partner with, absolutely no problem whatsoever! It's tucked well out the way and is very silent, wildlife apart. There are other cubes nearby though they're well soundproofed so no external noise can be heard. Whilst we visited in the Winter, we'd definitely revisit in the Summer when we can make the most of the decking, bifold doors and hot tub! Cooking facilities are well supplied, though there's also the option to order takeaway should that be preferred - we ordered from a local Chinese takeaway and is one of the best we've had in a while. The movie projector is fantastic too. We enjoyed a handful of movies whilst there, which almost felt like being in a cinema but in the comfort of your own privacy. Only minor comment would be WiFi strength and signal which isn't great, but is to be expected given the rural location. That's ideal if you're looking for a switch-off, the only thing we'd have liked would've been Netflix access for the projector - no major issue though, we popped into Plymouth which is less than a 20-min drive and picked up a few additional movies from the CeX store. Thanks for a fantastic stay! We'll definitely be returning.
