This fantastic holiday home comfortably sleeps four people and sits in the historic Racquet Club Estates district of Palm Springs. Retro style blends seamlessly with modern fittings to create a space that is as pleasing on the eye as it is comfortable and practical. No 444 is mere moments from downtown, meaning you are never too far from all of the fantastic bars, restaurants and other attractions that this wonderful city has to offer.

As you enter you’ll see fifties style polished concrete floors, and the pristine white walls around you are decorated with fantastic Andy Warhol and Slim Aarons prints. Attention to detail give this property a real edge. There is lovely period design furniture throughout and other pieces on display from artsy little side tables to retro lamps and a working vinyl player with a batch of classic records for you to choose from. However, modern fittings including a fully functional kitchen equipped with nice extras including a coffee-maker, ice machine, electric juice press, food processor and Nutribullet, make No 444 a very comfortable place to stay.

Cosy up for a great night’s sleep in the two lovely bedrooms, each with a super-comfy mattress, high quality linen and bedding, and plenty of wardrobe space. The living room also has a 55 inch flat screen Samsung TV with Time Warner Cable and the entire property has unlimited WiFi. There is also a fantastic modern bathroom, a pretty private garden with a burn put and BBQ, and a covered outdoor dining space where you can enjoy a meal as the sun sets behind the mountains.

Situated within walking distance of the famous design district, No 444 is a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. Hire bikes, or venture out on foot, and see what this area has to offer, from the picturesque mid-century modern homes around you to the Movie Colony, El Mirador and Old Las Palmas. Palm Springs has 365 days of beautiful sunshine a year, so visit at any time and you won’t be disappointed.
