This city apartment is located in an historic Georgian townhouse and is on one of the most sought after streets in Edinburgh’s UNESCO World Heritage-listed New Town. Just moments from the city centre, it is an exclusive spot where beautiful townhouses, cobbled streets and pretty gardens set the scene.
The apartment itself has been magnificently restored to create an impressive abode designed to be your home away from home. Blending period features with contemporary lines it exudes complete and utter luxury with an effortless style. Grand high ceilings and elegant sash windows make this a truly superior residence where every little detail has been thought of to ensure absolute excellence.

The traditional hallway offers the first glimpse of the houses’ timeless grandeur and has a magnificent staircase and original flag stone floor. Leading off from here you will find a contemporary kitchen with crisp lines, modern units and a dazzling array of mod-cons. A quality wood floor and bespoke oak dining table add a natural elegance and make this the ideal place for a relaxed evening meal with eminence.

The living room exudes pure class and is an exquisite mix of period features and modern luxury. A designer Italian chandelier hangs above the comfortable sofas while large sash windows offer views of the stunning Georgian streets below. An additional playroom/single bedroom can be also be found on this floor and is perfect for larger groups or for keeping little ones entertained.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and one twin room which can sleep up to 8 in total. The master en-suite and second double have stylish designs along with floor-to-ceiling windows and sumptuous super king-size beds. Neutral colours and streams of natural light make these beautiful rooms a place to really relax. The twin room is equally well-designed and has room for up to four on two deluxe single beds with two pull-out mattresses beneath.

Edinburgh is known for being an incredible city to visit and is bursting with interesting history, distinctive architecture and wonderful cultural sights to discover. Located in the heart of the New Town district, the apartment is just a short walk away from the shops, restaurants and cafés of Princes Street, Broughton Street and George Street. The Edinburgh Playhouse is also just down the road along with the iconic castle and the medieval streets of the Old Town.
