In an area of outstanding natural beauty in North Devon lies Loveland Farm; six acres of rolling green fields that run down to coast and boast stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean below. Enjoy both comfort and style with 5 luxurious and unusual pods available for guests. Choose a large pod that sleeps up to 6, which you’ll find just right for a special occasion, or a perfect little pod for two.
Step inside a pod to find all the essentials you need, with a comfortable bed, space for a dining table and chairs and a kitchenette so you can make the most of produce sourced from the regular, local farmers markets. Each pod also has its own shower, and right outside the pod is an award-winning eco-toilet, for you to marvel at.
Built on raised wooden decks to maximise the view, these pods are filled with light and the soft sounds of the countryside that surrounds you. On balmy nights you’ll enjoy lingering on the deck to watch the sun go down or gazing at the clear skies above you and billions of stars overhead.
The local area offers a bounty of things to do and see. From the site, the sea and a sandy beach is only a stone’s throw away. There are also plenty of different beaches to explore, many offering places to surf, good walks or handy paddling spots for the kids. Locally, there are fantastic places to cycle (including the Tarka Trail) and even to climb the coast. For daytrips, take a boat to Lundy Island, a small isle inhabited by just 28 people, which hosts some of the world’s most unique flora and fauna. Or, step into Clovelly, an historic town, with links to the Spanish Armada, and artist, Joseph Turner, that remains inaccessible by car.
