Just footsteps from the beach and boasting views across the sea, this beautiful and luxurious beach house is the perfect place to catch up with friends and family and enjoy some fun, carefree time together. With plenty of space for socialising inside and out, as well as a comfy private hot tub, and unrivalled access to the beach, this is a fabulous holiday home that has everything you need for an enjoyable stay by the sea.
A stylish beach theme runs through the interior of the house, with repurposed oars used as handrails, porthole window mirrors, and a collection of straw hats that adorn the walls. A neutral colour scheme keeps the open plan living area light and bright while providing a calming backdrop. This living area is the social heart of the house and has large leather armchairs and handsome Chesterfield sofas that face an impressive driftwood fireplace.
A large dining table sits in the centre of the space and, with views looking straight out over the lovely exterior, is the perfect spot for guests to catch up over lengthy breakfasts, whilst planing the day ahead.
This kitchen is extremely well-equipped with a modern range-style cooker and American-style fridge/freezer. The large island, which seats four, gives plenty of extra workspace for friends to pitch in with meal prep or to simply relax with a morning coffee.
Upstairs, there are four beautiful bedrooms, all with large double beds. Chunky wooden furniture and lovely pendant lighting can be found in all of the bedrooms where guests will no doubt enjoy a deep, restful sleep on the comfy mattresses. Open the window, pull up the duvet and nod off the sound of the waves lapping against the shore.
Outside, and the property continues to impress. The area has been informally divided into separate areas, with a dining table for evening meals on a raised deck that is handily situated close to the kitchen. There is also a spacious outdoor lounge area, with sofas and armchairs and your very own private hot tub where you can relax with your loved ones and a glass of bubbly.
Within a short distance from the beach house is a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also plenty of beautiful walks along the coast and also in the South Downs.

During Low Season, a minimum 2 night stay applies – January, February, November & December (excluding Half Terms, Christmas & New Year)
During Mid Season, a minimum 3 night stay applies – March, April, May, June, September & October. (excluding Easter, and Half Terms). Bank Holidays are a minimum of 3 nights stay, unless within a Half Term, Summer or Christmas/NY then min 7 nights.
During High Season, a minimum 7 night stay applies – 2022 summer dates are from 1st July – 9th September 2022. High Season also includes Christmas and New Year, Easter and Half Terms – all require minimum of 7 nights stay.
