An historic stone building, a beautiful green garden with a play area for the kids, and a giant indoor swimming pool, Cherry Tree Farmhouse is the perfect holiday destination for large groups of friends and family. Dating back to the 17th Century, Cherry Tree Farmhouse has been lovingly preserved and is now a splendid holiday destination with plenty of nooks and crannies in which to relax and unwind. Furnished in a traditional country style, with whitewashed walls, exposed beams, wood burning stoves and lovely tiled floors, this gorgeous farmhouse also makes the most of modern additions to ensure it is as comfy as can be. Combine this with its location on the edge The Quantock Hills - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - and you’ll be forgiven for never wanting to leave.
Step outside on a summer morning with a mug of coffee and feel the warm breeze on your face as the birds chirp in the trees. Join friends and family around the large dining table for meals, or spread out in the garden and light up the BBQ for a proper countryside soirée. Make the most of the indoor swimming pool and private heated hot tub for that extra level of relaxation and set the kids up in the games room at the pool table to get some peace and quiet for an hour or two before bed. The farmhouse can comfortably sleep 10 people in five bedrooms and also has space for an extra two small children and babies. There are a couple of nice dining spaces, a beautiful living area, a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities, and four bathrooms.
This incredible holiday home is situated in the picturesque village of Halse, which is only six miles from the Somerset town of Taunton. You have plenty of spectacular countryside walks on your doorstep, in the aforementioned Quantock Hills and Exmoor which is also nearby, and plenty of other things to see and do in the area from quaint country pubs, to bike rides and pony treks. You can also head north to visit a number of pretty seaside towns, or just stay in and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Cherry Tree Farmhouse. Come rain or shine, winter or summer, there are few places as pretty as Somerset. And Cherry Tree Farmhouse offers you somewhere to stay in the middle of this heart warming, pretty and friendly part of Great Britain.

We offer short breaks - we offer a two or three night weekend break from Friday to Sunday/Monday or a three or four night mid week break Monday to Thursday / Friday .
Low season from £1100 for a short break ( mid week ) and £1950 for a week.
We do not offer single nights.
